Since it is clearly evident that appearances are deceptive in nature, everyone ought to put in some quality hours with the person you meet up. Thus you can easily figure out if he fits into the group of non-hypocrites like you. Here are a few ways to spot a hypocrite:

The higher you are, sky-high their respect for you is:

They simply gauge how worthwhile you’re and access how you could be helpful for them. Their respect for you knows no bounds as they’re aware of your superior hierarchy in the social ladder. On the contrary, they just ignore the ordinary man found in the same room for a simple reason that he has a lower rank and is of no use to them. 

They are born-critics: 

Nobody can be as judgmental and prejudiced as a hypocrite. They undervalue people around them and just don’t let others perform better than them. You know why? Because they’re a bunch of jealous monsters. Decent beings give top priority to others and find happiness in others’ success.

Hypocrites love to spread rumors about others (especially behind their backs) so that they could ruin other’s reputation in the society.  A normal guy restrains himself from doing such hellish deeds.

A hypocrite keeps preaching to show how noble a soul he is but vanishes like anything when we want them the most. He is just another chameleon.
